Partnering to Ignite the Power of Youth

Since 2016, the Ulta Beauty Charitable Foundation (UBCF) has been committed to empowering the well-being of women and teens. In 2023, UBCF expanded its partnership with Big Brothers Big Sisters (BBBS) to the national level — opening doors and igniting the power and promise of young people nationwide.

Our Impact

As a national well-being partner, Ulta Beauty supports BBBS in providing young people across the country with access to self-care, self-expression, and self-discovery experiences.

With mentorship playing a critical role in helping youth overcome challenges, find belonging, and reach their potential, the partnership is making a meaningful difference.

In 2024, Ulta Beauty's national in-store fundraiser raised $2.4M to develop a Youth Discovery and Wellness Program, including the creation of the Youth Wellness Index — a new resource tracking the state of youth in mentorship programs.

Our Impact

Point of Sale

Ulta Beauty will hold a POS (Point of Sale) in-store donation program to benefit Big Brothers Big Sisters from Sunday, May 18th to Saturday, June 14th. 80% of net proceeds directly support local agencies, developing programs, and driving wellness initiatives.
