Big Brothers Big Sisters of America and Hilton Partner to Promote Hospitality Career Discovery, Skills Building and Mentorship

On June 18, Big Brothers Big Sisters of America (BBBSA) announced an exciting new partnership with Hilton to deliver immersive career exploration and mentorship opportunities, advancing BBBSA’s Big Futures initiative. Big Futures connects youth with mentors who provide career exposure, skills training and pathways to meaningful employment.

In the first year, Hilton will provide participants, ages 16-25, in Miami, Atlanta, Dallas, Anaheim, Columbus, and Washington, D.C. with structured mentoring experiences at Hilton properties and corporate locations, including monthly on-property sessions with Hilton team members, skill-building workshops and hands-on career exploration. The program directly addresses the opportunity gap facing millions of young people, connecting them to the potential of careers in hospitality, one of America’s fastest industries.

The partnership also includes Hilton’s largest charitable Hilton Honors Points donation to-date, with 250 million points helping to fund horizon-expanding travel experiences for Littles (BBBS youth) and their families.

This relationship exemplifies Big Brothers Big Sisters’ enduring belief that mentorship is a powerful catalyst for human connection, opportunity, and economic advancement. By pairing caring relationships with immersive real-world experiences in hospitality, BBBSA and Hilton are equipping young people with the confidence, skills and exposure needed to pursue brighter futures and reach their full potential.
