Libby Rodney is Chief Strategy Officer at The Harris Poll, where she leads the Thought Leadership and Futures practice, helping clients navigate current challenges and anticipate the next 3–5 years through cultural insights and strategic foresight. With nearly 20 years of experience in brand strategy and innovation, she has advised Fortune 100 companies and rising disruptors, with her work featured at Davos, Cannes, SXSW, and CES. 

Previously, Libby led strategy teams at top ad agencies, focusing on consumer insights and digital transformation. She is a founding member of Chief, a member of PTTOW!, and a proud Big Brothers Big Sisters Alumni Big, committed to youth mentorship and leadership. A graduate of NYU, Libby lives in New York City.

Terrance Williams became the ninth president and chief executive officer (CEO) of TruStage on October 1, 2023. TruStage is a leading provider of insurance, investments, and technology solutions to financial institutions, advisors, and companies serving middle-market consumers. With more than 4,200 employees, the company has significant operations across the United States and operates international businesses in Canada and the Caribbean. The company headquarters is in Madison, Wisconsin. 

As president and CEO, Williams is continuing to build on the company’s nearly century-long history of being an influential leader in the credit union system and broader financial and insurance industries. With his tenure and broad experience in insurance innovation and digital strategy, he’s moving the company’s vision forward, ensuring brighter financial futures are accessible to everyone. 

Prior to joining TruStage, Williams was president, Protection Products and Services for Allstate, responsible for non-property-liability businesses that ranged from start-up ventures to mature businesses. These entities represented approximately $4 billion in revenue. In his previous role as executive vice president and general manager of Allstate Property-Liability Sales and Distribution, Williams was responsible for driving innovation in the company’s distribution channels, including 10,000 domestic agencies and more than 30,000 licensed sales professionals, direct-to-consumer call centers and web sales in the United States and Canada. These channels accounted for over $30 billion of written premium for the enterprise. 

Before joining Allstate in 2020, Williams spent more than 20 years at Nationwide, where he most recently served as president of their Emerging Business Group, including a team of 1,300+ employees. There, he led innovation and digital strategy, served as the enterprise’s chief marketing officer, and established the company’s $100M venture capital fund. Williams has been recognized by many, including Forbes as one of “The World’s Most Influential CMOs” in 2017 and 2018 and Savoy Magazine as one of the most influential black corporate directors in 2021. 

Beyond the office, Williams is a firm believer in philanthropic efforts toward the betterment of communities. He is an active participant and has served on many non-profit boards in multiple markets including Big Brothers Big Sisters, the Urban League, and others. He is also actively involved in numerous mentor programs, including work as a mentor to undergraduates at the University of South Carolina. 

Williams earned his bachelor’s in risk management and insurance from the University of South Carolina. He is an advisory board member for the university’s Risk and Uncertainty Management Center at the Darla Moore School of Business, which helps students and organizations improve decision-making. Williams is also on the board of directors for Encompass Health, the largest owner and operator of rehabilitation hospitals in the United States. 

Terrance is an Alumni Big and currently serves on BBBSA’s Board of Directors.

TJ Abrams currently serves as the VP of Global Partnerships & Wellbeing at Hyatt. He has a wealth of experience in marketing and branding, having worked at various high profile companies prior to Hyatt, including roles at Exos, InterContinental Hotels Group, The Coca-Cola Company, and Lowe’s Home Improvement. TJ has an MBA from Duke University and has held positions ranging from Global Senior Brand Manager to Chief Marketing Officer. He has a BA in Journalism and Public Relations from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and participated in leadership programs such as Leadership Atlanta and The Marketing Academy. 

TJ was included in the Forbes CMO Next List and 40 under 40 in 2020 by the Atlanta Business Chronicle. 

TJ is a current Big and longtime champion of BBBSA.

Tyler is a seasoned marketing leader with a proven track record of driving aggressive revenue growth and customer expansion/retention in global B2B technology companies. Exceptionally skilled in building and managing teams focused on enhancing the marketing and sales funnels through metrics-driven Account-Based Marketing (ABM) efforts. Currently Tyler is the Director of Marketing at CrowdStrike. 

Tyler was a Big at BBBS of the Bay Area and was the 2011 Bay Area Big Brother of the Year. He was also a Little in Lincoln, NE. 

David A. Wright is Chief Commercial Officer at the U.S. Soccer Federation, where he leads commercial operations, partnerships, and strategic initiatives to grow the sport across the country. Since joining in 2020, he has played a key role in landmark deals, including the Federation reclaiming its commercial rights and securing major partnerships with Nike and WarnerMedia/Turner Sports. 

With more than two decades of experience in sports marketing, David previously held senior roles at Minor League Baseball and Major League Soccer, where he led sponsorship and marketing efforts for top soccer properties across North America. 

Beyond his professional impact, David is deeply committed to philanthropy and youth development. He serves on the national board of Soles4Souls and is an Alumni Little of Big Brothers Big Sisters. A strong advocate for education and community engagement, he lives in the Atlanta metro area with his wife, Jaren, and their two children, Braeden and Riley.

Alice Lin Fabiano is a seasoned business executive with over 20 years of experience across healthcare, philanthropy, and financial services. She excels in leading teams that drive long-term value at the intersection of business and society. Alice serves as Board Trustee for J&J Foundation and J&J Impact Ventures and President of the J&J Patient Assistance Foundation.

In her current role, Alice has responsibility for the Johnson & Johnson Foundation, guiding strategy to positively impact patients and communities. She leads a global team responsible for social impact initiatives, employee engagement, product donations, disaster relief, and impact investment. Previously, Alice was Vice President of Corporate Sustainability at American Express and Chief Operating Officer of The American Express Foundation. Alice’s career journey reflects a call to serve from helping coordinate $3bn in September 11 disaster recovery efforts to providing microloans to women entrepreneurs in Africa and Asia.

Alice currently serves on the Board of Directors for the U.S. Tennis Association (USTA) Foundation and Trinity Health System, one of the largest U.S. hospital chains. 

Alice holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a bachelor’s degree with honors from The Johns Hopkins University. 

Alice believes passionately about the power of mentorship to change lives. She experienced the power of being a Big and how much she learned from her Little, when she had just started her career. She is excited to use her personal voice, network, and platform to help support BBBSA.

Heather Haines is director of convening and engagement with Milken Institute Strategic Philanthropy. She joined the Institute from the International Fund for Animal Welfare, where she oversaw global events. Previously, Haines served as senior director of strategic partnerships with the END Fund and at Meridian International Center as vice president of public programs. Prior to that, she managed events at Washington, DC-based think tank, Center for Global Development and has worked in the literary, television, and film industries. Heather received her bachelor’s degree from Oklahoma University and her master’s degree from the University of North Texas. 

Heather is a proud Alumni Big.

Kim leads a team that is focused on leveraging consumer insights to develop communication strategies across paid, owned, and earned channels. Kim’s 28 years of experience at Bank of America have led to her overseeing the design and execution of paid media strategies that drive revenue, investments, and customer value. She is an active member of the marketing and communications industry, participating on numerous client councils and serving as a jurist for such prestigious awards as Festival of Media Global, Effie Awards and Reggie Awards. 

Kim is a proud Alumni Big and is excited to deepen her impact with BBBSA through the Council.

Jeff is a Partner at Deloitte and currently leads the Life Sciences (LS) industry practice for Audit & Assurance and is the Life Sciences industry professional practice director (PPD), with responsibility for establishing Deloitte’s LS audit strategy and serving as the lead technical audit partner for life sciences accounting and auditing matters.  

Prior to rejoining Deloitte in June 2009, Jeff was a Professional Accounting Fellow in the Office of the Chief Accountant of the Securities and Exchange Commission, and previously worked with Deloitte’s Global IFRS and Offerings Services practice where he assisted foreign private issuers in Europe and Latin America with their application of IFRS, US GAAP and the SEC’s rules and regulations.   

Jeff is married with three sons and has served on various BBBS agency boards and currently serves as on the Board of Trustees for BBBS of Mercer County. Jeff is a proud Alumni Big.

As a Network Intrusion Expert with the Secret Service, Tory worked on the front lines of cybersecurity, protecting critical infrastructure and national interests. Inspired to broaden his impact, he went on to launch Green Research and Technology, a government contracting firm focused on innovation and solutions that serve the greater good. 

Beyond his professional success, Tory remains devoted to uplifting his community. Tory is an Alumni Little and serves as a Board Member for Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Tennessee Valley and mentors youth through his involvement with Troop 400, an inner-city Boy Scout troop in Huntsville.  A proud member of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc., Tory embodies a lifelong commitment to leadership and service. 

Tory Green was inducted into BBBSA’s Alumni Hall of Fame in 2022 for championing the power of mentorship. He continues to share his story to encourage others to get involved. 

Dave most recently served as the Chief Executive Officer of Ulta Beauty. 

With more than 30 years of experience across consumer industries, he led Ulta Beauty and its 40,000 associates through the lens of inclusivity and deeply values the perspectives of his diverse team. He is incredibly proud of the company’s world class approach to ensure beauty is for everyone. 

Prior to joining Ulta Beauty, he was Chief Marketing Officer and Executive Vice President at U.S. Cellular, Chief Marketing Officer of Seventh Generation, Vice President of Marketing at PepsiCo, and held a number of brand management roles in the Beauty Division of The Procter and Gamble Company from 1995 to 2001. 

Dave is an Alumni Big and currently serves on the board of directors for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Metropolitan Chicago and Chicago Lights in addition to being a member of The Economic Club of Chicago. Originally from Indiana, he received his bachelor’s degree in economics from DePauw University and his MBA from Purdue University. Dave also currently serves on the Board of Best Buy.

Customer-obsessed executive, author and board director who has built industry-leading customer experiences and multi-billion dollar digital businesses at REI, Amazon.com, Microsoft, Alaska Airlines and Premera Blue Cross. More than 20 years’ experience pioneering digital and customer transformation for inspiring, mission-driven brands across multiple industries, tech and non-tech. 

Curtis currently serves as Group VP of Global Customer Experience at Insulet, a $2B global med-tech company.  

He is an Alumni Big and a former Board member BBBS Puget Sound. 

Richard is responsible for leading Merrell’s global marketing and directing the creation of modern integrated marketing capabilities to further cement the brand’s position as a global leader in the outdoor active and lifestyle space. 

Richard’s experience has spanned over two decades, most recently Vice President, Chief Marketing Officer at Champion, a global leader in iconic apparel brands. Prior to Champion, McLeod was Senior Vice President of Brand at Canada Goose, responsible for brand evolution, growth and performance. 

Overall, he has 20 years of experience across a variety of highly competitive business environments including Coca – Cola, Bacardi (UK & USA), Pernod Ricard, Moet Hennessy US and Foot Locker, Inc. 

Richard is a proud Champion of BBBSA.

Dorysa Moore is the Global Human Resource Leader at Google. She is a Senior HR/Diversity & CSR professional with the ability to understand the business and strategy in order to deliver strong results. She partners with business leaders to develop HR strategies like: succession planning, D&I training, talent management and effective employee and organizational development. The importance of Corporate Sustainability and being a good steward to the company is key for Dorysa and she leads the company’s efforts in partnership with the business teams on stakeholder outreach, diversity, and business planning. 

Dorysa led a BBBS site-based mentoring program in her former role and now serves as a Big through Google’s site-based mentoring program.

Dan leads the Clear Channel’s overall marketing strategy and execution in support of the company’s mission of connecting brands and consumers by delivering innovative advertising insights and solutions while enhancing our communities. 

Dan brings deep expertise in developing digital marketing strategies and has a proven track record of driving significant revenue growth, developing brands and creating opportunities for B2B and B2C marketing organizations. He joined CCOA from Levi Media Advisory, a consulting company he founded. Prior to launching his own firm, Levi was chief marketing officer at Captivate, and held senior-level digital marketing positions at companies including Zoom Media, Monster Worldwide, WWE and MTV. 

Dan has been an avid Champion of BBBSA’s work and provides guidance and partnership to elevate BBBSA’s brand, impact, and stories through a partnership with Clear Channel.
