Big Brothers Big Sisters, Dove, and Dove Men+Care have partnered to empower young people – and the communities that support them – to reach their full potential.
For twenty years, Dove has had a mission of empowering the next generation through body confidence education so that they can reach their full potential.
Dove and BBBS will use the connection between mentorship and sports to build self-esteem and inspire confidence and care in young women and girls.
Since 2010, Dove Men + Care has created initiatives to promote young men having the “courage to care”.
Initiatives include championing paid paternity leave, highlighting authentic and positive masculinity, and nationwide racial equity. Dove Men+ Care will work with BBBS on recruiting, training, and inspiring mentors to raise awareness and accelerate building a culture and funnel of caring role models.
